Junub Up Waking
This is like the one who is junub if he intends to fast when he is junub and dos not do ghusl until after dawn breaks, his fast is valid, because of the hadeeth of ‘aa’ishah (may allaah be pleased with her) who said: the prophet (peace and blessings of allaah be upon him) used to wake up junub as the result of intercourse, not a wet. 6-if one remembers having a nocturnal emission, but when waking up, if one does not notice any semen on one’s underwear, it is not necessary to make a ghusl. if one who has a nocturnal emission notices some wetness on one’s bed, on one’s underwear, or on one’s legs and finds out that it is the white fluid liquid called mazy, or if mazy. * if a person in janabat sleeps and wakes up during a night of ramadhan and is certain or fairly hopeful that if he sleeps again, he will wake up before the time of fajr prayers, with full determination to do ghusl after waking up, and oversleeps till the time of fajr, he should observe the qadha of the fast of that day. ...
